On September 13, Finca Villacreces will bid farewell to summer and welcome autumn at its annual event, Villacreces Sunset, an encounter with nature as seen through the sunset among vineyards and centuries-old pine trees in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.
The vineyards of Finca Villacreces are surrounded by nature and centuries-old pine forests that hug the Duero River to the north and east of the estate.
An idyllic setting that looks even more beautiful at sunset, when the sun falls into the horizon. A spectacular show that wine lovers will be able to enjoy again on Saturday, September 13, starting at 6:00 p.m.
A three-hour private event where attendees can tour the vineyards, see the harvest preparations, and listen to live music from the group Wine Notes, which will perform pop and rock songs both in Spanish and English. All this while waiting for the magic hour: sunset among the vines.
Finca Villacreces will open its doors from 18.00 until 21.00 to share one of the most beautiful sunsets of the Golden Mile of wine. In addition, this year, Villacreces Sunset will feature an aerial show with acrobats from the Arsalabrasa Company who, using fabrics, will draw unique images with the sunset as a background.
Tickets, which can now be purchased online at www.villacreces.com, are priced at 30.00€ and include three glasses of wine—Flor de Vetus Verdejo, Pruno, and Finca Villacreces—accompanied by a tasting of Iberian ham from the Alhándiga de Salamanca brand and a dessert.
The grass area surrounding the winery is the chosen location for enjoying the wines, cuisine, and the opportunity provided by nature to experience this live show in a unique wine tourism setting. We recommend bringing a blanket so you can sit on the grass in front of the stage.
