The prestigious US publication, Wine Spectator, has named the 2019 vintage of Izadi Reserva as one of the Spanish Top Value of the year. With 91 points, the Izadi Reserva is also among the top ten wines worldwide in this category. This is a classification that values quality-price relationship of the wines in the US market. Izadi Reserva 2019 comes from vineyards over 45 years old, located in the triangle formed by the villages of Villabuena, Samaniego and Ábalos, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa.
In words of Wine Spectator, Izadi Reserva present itself as: "Well-balanced and silky on the palate, this classy red features a beam of ripe mulberry fruit, with creamy tannins and aromatic hints of dried flowers, crushed pine and sandalwood. Plush finish. Drink now through 2029".
