Izadittone pop up in Madrid

13/11/2023

During the last week of November, Bodegas Izadi will set up an ephemeral store in Nuevos Ministerios where people can buy its famous panettone made in collaboration with the Italian bakery Loison.

Bodegas Izadi will open its first store, pop up concept, on November 27 in the heart of the capital. The success of Izadittone, a gastronomic project that unites Loison, the 'Ferarri of panettones', and the DOCa Rioja winery, has encouraged Izadi to embark on this initiative that coincides with the Christmas holidays.

The establishment, with an image that replicates the aesthetics of Izadittone, will have uninterrupted opening hours from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday, while on Sunday it will be open to the public from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. This store will be located in the central street of Agustín Betancourt, 25, on the corner of Raimundo Villaverde, in front of one of the Nuevos Ministerios subway stations.
For one week, all lovers of panettone, one of the most expanding Christmas sweets in recent times, will be able to buy directly the proposal of Izadi and Loison. Izadittone is made with marc from the grapes of Bodegas Izadi with the centuries-old recipe of the Vicenza brand.

Bodegas Izadi will also hold various informative workshops on the culture of Izadittone, its production methods and varieties, accompanied by other guest products that complement the Italian sweet. In addition, for the occasion, Izadi has prepared some surprises such as the presentation of the new flavor of its panettone, Izadittone Classic, an elaboration based on aged pomace cream.
